Ecuador at the 2026 World Cup: A Journey Through Four Worlds in the Heart of North America – “All The World, Only In Ecuador”
Philadelphia, Kansas City, New York, and Boston become strategic showcases for a nation inviting the world to discover its light and explore its four worlds: the Pacific Coast, the Andes, the Amazon, and the Galápagos through “All The World, Only In Ecuador”.
QUITO, ECUADOR, June 2026.– As the world turns its attention to the FIFA World Cup 2026, Ecuador launches an initiative that goes beyond the playing field, turning the passion for football into the starting point of an extraordinary adventure.
The country opens a new chapter in its “Ecuador Shines Authentically” strategy and, under this light, expands its reach through the concept “All The World, Only In Ecuador”, showcasing a nation that not only cheers for its national team, but also invites millions of international travelers to discover why Ecuador is the only country where, in a single journey, it is possible to experience four different worlds: the Galápagos, the Andes, the Amazon, and the Pacific Coast, all shining authentically.
The First Ray of Light in Philadelphia
The official launch of this major tourism showcase takes place on June 14 in Philadelphia, near Lincoln Financial Field. With an activation called “The First Ray of Light”, Ecuador brings its message to a global audience through a cultural flashmob and street-football activities designed to connect with fans at the FIFA Fan Fest.
More Than Football: A Transformative Experience
The “All The World, Only In Ecuador” campaign recognizes that the World Cup brings together one of the most valuable global audiences of the year. Our message to international travelers is clear: you don’t need to plan five different trips to experience the planet’s extraordinary biodiversity — you can find it all in one country. Everything is concentrated within a territory roughly the size of Colorado. Ecuador shines authentically and is ready to be discovered.
The Traveling Embassy: The Guayas Training Ship
The positioning strategy is not limited to land. As part of our narrative of expansion and connection, the Guayas Training Ship — our nation’s floating ambassador — becomes a key part of the campaign’s journey along the East Coast of the United States. This majestic sailing ship will bring Ecuador’s light to two strategic ports: New York (July 5) and Boston (July 12), reinforcing the country’s commitment to high-value tourism and authentic experiences.
The “All The World, Only In Ecuador” Campaign
The campaign’s overall objective is to promote and position Ecuador as an authentic and diverse tourism destination in the North American market, taking advantage of the concentration of global audiences during the FIFA World Cup 2026 and the positive, emotional atmosphere surrounding the tournament.
This moment represents a major opportunity. Travelers eager to discover new experiences are gathered in one place, allowing Ecuador to emerge as an ideal destination thanks to its spectacular landscapes, unique cultural heritage, exquisite cuisine, and warm, welcoming people.
The campaign is built around the unique attributes of the country’s four regions, known as Ecuador’s “four worlds”:
Galápagos: Premium nature experiences, endemic wildlife, and world-class conservation.
Andes: The Avenue of the Volcanoes, thrilling adventures, and living culture.
Amazon: Unique biodiversity, sustainability, and ancestral experiences.
Pacific Coast: Sun, beaches, Afro-Ecuadorian culture, and whale watching.
Cross-cutting experiences: Gastronomy rooted in origin — including cacao and coffee — identity, and genuine hospitality.
